I was so stoked when I found this new recipe for Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken on Pinterest last month! The only thing I substituted was grape seed oil in place of olive oil and I think it turned out scrumptious! The only mistake I made was not doubling the recipe, because this made delicious leftovers! And you can always add a few fresh cashews on top after reheating for extra crunch!
