{Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole}

{Re-entering the Food Space!}

I was searching Pinterest for Crock Pot recipes and found a gem of a pin on the list of Slow Cooker Recipes for Fall. On this list of autumnal recipes, I stumbled upon #5:

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

One more time: Crock Pot. Buffalo Chicken. Tater Tot Casserole. Does it get any better than that? So I popped on over to http://crockpotgourmet.net for the recipe. Now, since I was re-entering the food space [as in I haven’t cooked non-packaged food for quite some time] I decided to set a timer to see just how long it would take me from the time that I had most of the ingredients out on the counter until I had all of the ingredients into the Crock Pot. Unfortunately it took me 53 minutes to prepare this meal [not including the hours to follow in which it slow-cooked], but it was a refresher on how much quicker it will go if I have all of the ingredients prepped and all of the cooking utensils ready for use when I start cooking my next meal.

Oh, and it was SOOOOO yummy!! I ate this for leftovers for days and it was still as delicious on repeat as it was the first time around. I do hope you’ll try the Crock Pot Gourmet’s recipe and let me know if you enjoy it as much as I did! And if you have other buffalo chicken or tater tot casserole faves, feel free to attach a link to the recipe in the comments!
